IEMC Singapore Priliminary Round

The European Cup offers learners access to Europe's prestigious music scene, providing opportunities for collaboration with music educators from various countries. The programme supports outstanding talents by facilitating participation in music events and masterclasses across Europe, allowing participants to perform and interact with European musicians in renowned concert halls. Merit-based awards enhance student motivation and confidence, promoting international musical and cultural exchange. The competition includes in-person and online video submission formats, with preliminary rounds in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Malaysia. Finals are held each July in various European countries, judged by internationally renowned musicians and professors. Finalists are invited to a masterclass music camp in Europe, offering practice rooms and expert guidance. Participants scoring 83 points or above in the Singapore preliminary advance to the finals.
